Refund Policy

All sales are final

Because KC Prime is digital software that is licensed and installed on your account at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds after purchase. This applies to the KC Prime license, the installation and any support fees already paid, including if you stop using the software, change brokers, or are unhappy with trading results.

Before you buy

Please review the backtest results, the risks described on this site, the Terms of Use and the License Terms, and ask us any questions before purchasing. Past results, whether real or backtested, do not guarantee future results, and trading losses are not grounds for a refund.

Ongoing support

The optional $49/month support plan can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid month. Months already paid are not refunded, in whole or in part.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged for something you did not order, message us on Facebook and we will correct the error.
