This policy explains what personal information Knyaw Capital collects through knyawcapital.com and the KC Prime software, how we use it and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Information you send us. When you message us on Facebook, or buy KC Prime, we receive your name, contact details and anything you include in your messages.
• Payment information. Payments are handled by the payment provider used at checkout. We receive confirmation of payment but do not store full card numbers.
• License checks. To confirm that a license is valid, KC Prime periodically sends your license key and NinjaTrader account name to our license server. The server records the time of each check and the IP address it came from. KC Prime does not send your balance, positions, trades or login details.
• VPS health check. When we install the KC Health Check on your VPS, it reports every 5 minutes whether the VPS is online and NinjaTrader is running, together with the computer name, uptime, free disk space and free memory, and the IP address it connects from. It does not send anything about your trading account, balance, positions or trades. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
• Installation and support. During remote installation or support, we may see your NinjaTrader platform, VPS desktop and account information on screen. We use this only to provide the service and do not record your passwords.
• Website visits. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

2. How we use it

• To issue, verify and, where necessary, revoke licenses.
• To install KC Prime, provide support and respond to your messages.
• To check that your VPS and NinjaTrader are running, and to help fix problems quickly when they are not.
• To process payments and keep business records.
• To protect the site, the software and our customers from misuse.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising.

3. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (such as website and server hosting and payment processing), when required by law, or to protect our rights. These providers may only use it to provide their services to us.

4. Retention

We keep license and purchase records for as long as your license is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting, legal and security purposes. Messages are kept as long as needed to support you.

5. Security

License answers are cryptographically signed, and access to our license records is restricted to authorized staff. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by messaging us on Facebook. If you ask us to delete license records, your license can no longer be verified and KC Prime will stop opening new trades.

7. Children

Our services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
